Wir freuen uns, mitteilen zu können, dass die Fusion der Unternehmen Krebs & Aulich GmbH und Antriebssysteme FAURNDAU GmbH offiziell abgeschlossen ist. Seit dem 04. August 2025 treten wir gemeinsam unter dem neuen Namen MOTION MAKERS GmbH auf.
Beide Unternehmen sind Teil der ATON-Gruppe und verbindet eine gemeinsame Vision: Kundenorientierung, Qualität und Innovationskraft auf höchstem Niveau. Mit dem Zusammenschluss stärken wir diese Werte und setzen ein deutliches Zeichen für langfristige Stabilität und nachhaltiges Wachstum.

We are pleased to announce that the merger of Krebs & Aulich GmbH and Antriebssysteme FAURNDAU GmbH has been officially completed. Since August 4, 2025, we have been operating together under the new name MOTION MAKERS GmbH.
Both companies are part of the ATON Group and share a common vision: customer focus, quality and innovation at the highest level. With the merger, we are strengthening these values and sending a clear signal for long-term stability and sustainable growth.
The merger is an expression of strategic development within the Group. Our aim is to bundle our expertise even more effectively and further expand our position as a reliable partner on international markets.
Everything will remain the same for our customers and business partners - their contacts, our services and all locations will remain unchanged. At the same time, the new structure opens up additional opportunities: for greater efficiency, new ideas and joint innovations.
